What to do when Rocky River Public Library does not have the item that you want to borrow?
If the item is not new or in-demand, we will request what you need from another (lending) library that will send the material to us on your behalf. Click here for more information about InterLibrary loan.
If an item is new or soon-to-be published, you may submit the information to the reference desk in person or via telephone at 440.333.7610, x 5501 as a request for purchase. Decisions for purchase are made within the scope of our collection development policy.
Please note: We cannot accept requests for films until they have been issued a DVD release date. Movies that are currently playing in theatres are not issued a DVD release date, typically, until several weeks after that movie has left the theatres.
