Share your story or comments here: Rocky River Public Library CONSENT FOR PUBLICITY AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY I hereby give my consent and permission to Rocky River Public Library (RRPL), or anyone authorized by RRPL to use and publish my statements for publicity, commercial, or promotional/advertising purposes for RRPL via the newsletter, website, newspapers, magazines, advertising, the world-wide web, public displays, or any other published, electronic, or advertising medium that may be used to publicize the Library, its programs and services, and for the purposes of library advocacy, without prior notice to me, and without my prior approval. I grant I do not grant the Library the right to use and publish my name in any of the media described in the previous paragraph, if RRPL desires, in conjunction with my statements, in whole or in part, for publicity, commercial or for promotional/advertising purposes for RRPL, its programs and services and for the purposes of library advocacy. I hereby agree to indemnify, release, defend, and hold harmless the Rocky River Public Library Board of Trustees, the Rocky River Public Library, and its agents or employees, from all claims, causes of actions, and demands that I may have against them for damages, expenses and injuries, and from all claims, causes of actions, and demands that third parties may assert against them for damages, expenses, and injuries, arising from publication of my statement and my name. I am 18 years of age, and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below. I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this consent release and sign it voluntarily without duress. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release. This release and consent shall remain in effect indefinitely unless and until I deliver to Rocky River Public Library written notice that I wish to cancel this release and consent.
