BORROWING INFORMATION

All records and borrowing information are confidential. You must have your RRPL card or state-issued ID, (such as a driver’s license), to check out materials.

Self-check stations are available for your convenience in the circulation area, children’s mezzanine and in the lobby.


DRIVE-UP WINDOW

(Book Drop available 24/7 for returns only.)

Open during regular Library hours for pick-up and drop-off services. Your Library card or driver’s license is needed to use the drive-up window. Vehicle traffic only.

You may be asked to come inside to pay fines, resolve issues, or pick up large items. Teacher Loans must be done inside the Library. Please do not put book donations in the Book Drop.


LOAN PERIODS


21 days for all items except:  
7 days for Rapid Reads and Magazines‐to‐Go.  
3 days for In‐demand DVDs.  
2 days for QuickFlicks.  (Limit 2)

Limit of 25 each: DVDs, Blu-Rays, videos and Playaways per card.
Limit of 75 items total per card.


RENEWALS

Renewals can be made by telephone, in or online. Rapid Reads, QuickFlicks, In-Demand DVDs and item for which other patrons are waiting are not renewable. Items may be renewed a maximum of 5 times. Teacher loans may be renewed once.


FINES

10₵ per day for all items except:
$1.00 per day for In-Demand DVDs and Quick Flick DVDs

Charges of $10.00 or more on a borrower’s card suspends privileges.



LIBRARY CARD

Please report the loss or theft of your card immediately, as you are accountable for all transactions on your card. Borrowers are responsible for the replacement of lost or damaged items, including parts.
